Beautiful Skin: Natural Solutions and Easy Steps

Having a beautiful skin is all about cleaning it properly. Our facial skin is one the most delicate skin in on our body and it is the most important part our body which needs some extra care. A healthier skin is one which is cleansed properly and definitely the healthy and cleansed skin appears to be beautiful but cleansing is not simple when it comes to facial skin. There are some specific steps which ensures the proper cleansing of facial skin. Today we will discuss those steps in detail. So, lets dive into it.

First Step: Make up removal

Micellar Cleansing WaterWomen tend to use face wash that isn't made to remove makeup. If you suspect yours falls into this category, you could use a makeup remover like micellar water first or consider switching to a cleansing oil or balm. These are among the most effective at coaxing off even the most stubborn makeup, like stay-put foundations, liquid lipsticks, and brow pigments. You can try Nur Micellar water which sill strip off any dirt and make from your face and left behind clear skin.

Second Step: Face wash

Vitamin Face WashUse a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser that does not contain alcohol. Wet your face with lukewarm water and use your fingertips to apply cleanser. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge, or anything other than your fingertips can irritate your skin. Resist the temptation to scrub your skin because scrubbing irritates the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

Third Step: Scrubbing

Face Glow ScrubIn general, you should exfoliate your face only twice per week. For best results, exfoliate after you've used a face wash and rinsed thoroughly with warm water. You can use a daily facial cleanser which is appropriate for both morning and nighttime face washing. This product removes all of the dirt, grime and excess oil from your skin to prepare it for exfoliation.

Fourth Step: Toner

Rose TonerSoak a cotton pad with toner, then swipe it over your entire face, neck, and chest. You should use toner after washing your face, and before using serum or moisturizer. If you want to go green and skip the cotton pad, you can also put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and then press them into your face.

Fifth Step: Serum

Face Glow SerumFirst, cleanse and exfoliate your skin and follow it up with a toner or facial mist. Next, gently apply a small amount of serum to your face and neck with either your fingertips or palms. Then, wait 5 minutes for your face serum to fully absorb into your skin.

Sixth Step: Moisturize

Glow Natural Body LotionThe amount of moisturizer to use varies by product. In general, thinner moisturizers can be applied more generously since your face absorbs them quickly. If you’re using a really thick moisturizer, a small dollop should do the trick. If you aren't sure where to start, go with an almond-sized amount of product.

what can I eat to have a beautiful Skin?

The antioxidant-rich foods seem to have a protective effect for the skin.

Consider these skin-friendly foods:

  • Carrots, apricots, and other yellow and orange fruits and vegetables
  • Spinach and other green leafy vegetables
  • Tomatoes
  • Berries
  • Beans, peas and lentils
  • Salmon, mackerel and other fatty fish
  • Nuts

On the flip side, some foods seem to be associated with skin damage. For example, some research suggests that a diet high in processed or refined sugars or other carbohydrates and unhealthy fats promotes skin aging.Remember, many of the best foods for healthy skin also promote good health overall. Rather than focusing on specific foods for healthy skin, concentrate on a healthy diet in general. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Choose low-fat or fat-free dairy products. Include nuts, seeds and beans in your favorite meals. Opt for whole-grain breads and pasta. Limit sweets. Strive for variety as you're making healthy choices.

Which exercises improves skin?

Aerobic exercise makes you sweat and promotes the removal of toxins through perspiration. Working out tones the skin, improves blood circulation and oxygenation to the skin and so imparts a healthy glow.
